Uganda & Rwanda jointly offer Mountain Gorillas, besides Chimpanzee, Baboons, amongst other primates. Major circuit roads connecting to these primates’ habitats are paved.

KAMPALA – QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK – KAMPALA [BY ROAD]. [Enquire price for Air Option].

Day 1:: Kampala or Entebbe – Queen Elizabeth N. Park:

Pick up from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe. Depart as early as 07.30 am, and drive southwest with a stopover at the Equator for photos. Afterward, continue through rich farmland to Mbarara for lunch at Igongo Cultural Centre. After this break, we continue through country settlements to reach volcanic formations of the Western Rift Valley. The descent reveals a stunning panorama of Lakes George and Edward. Check into the park for an afternoon en route game drive to our lodge.

Queen Elizabeth National Park's diverse eco-system of grassy plains, light forest, rivers, swamps, lakes and volcanic craters is home to an incredible abundance of wildlife. Game drives in this park with the massive Rwenzoris as a backdrop provide an excellent opportunity to see lion, leopard, wart hog, giant forest hog, cape buffalo, elephant, defassa water buck, Uganda Kob, Topi, bush buck, etc. Find our lodge beautifully situated on a bluff overlooking the Kazinga Channel, and Lake Edward. Dinner and overnight: Mweya Safari Lodge, or similar.

Day 2:: Explore Queen Elizabeth N. Park:

Breakfast at the lodge. Enjoy a whole morning game drive in another part of the park. Find large herds of elephants, buffalo, or Uganda Kob as you search for lions in the thickets. We return to our lodge for lunch.

In the afternoon, we take a unique 2-Hour Boat Cruise on the Kazinga Channel into Lake Edward. The trip passes through possibly the highest hippo concentration in Africa and many mammals may be seen drinking at the water's edge. The cruise offers an excellent platform for photography and game viewing. Bird life is occasionally very colorful and abundant here. These two game drives and the boat trip are a memorable discovery of the diverse array of Ugandan wildlife. Dinner and overnight: Mweya Safari Lodge, or similar.

Day 3:: Queen Elizabeth – Kampala or Entebbe:

Early breakfast and depart for Kampala with lunch stop in Mbarara Cit or Masaka City. Arrive back in Kampala or Entebbe early evening.

Meals & Accommodation as mentioned in the itinerary. Game drives & Boat Trip as per itinerary. Ground transportation in 4x4 vehicle(s) with pop-up hatch. Incoming & Outgoing Airport Transfers.
